I Just Got a Ticket
You may resolve your citation prior to your court date. Below is information on how to resolve your citation prior to the initial court appearance date on your citation. Please allow three business days for the court to process your citation.
The Windcrest Municipal Court accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Credit Card and Debit Card (no personal checks) Money Orders and Cashier's Checks must be made payable to: City of Windcrest

The judgement and sentence for the offense you are charged is the payment of a fine and cost. If ordered to pay a fine and cost, and you cannot pay, notify the court immediately. If you are determined by the court to have insufficient resources or income to pay, the court is required to provide you other ways to discharge the fine and costs.
Read the back of your citation carefully for payment instructions. You can contact the Deputy Court Clerk for any payment questions not answered on the back of your citation or this website.
To keep a moving violation from appearing on your driving record, you may be eligible for a Driving Safety Course or Deferred Disposition (select the appropriate disposition to receive more information). CDL Drivers are not eligible for a Driving Safety Course or Deferred Disposition.
Reset Court Dates
If you choose to reset your court date, then you must do so in person. You are allowed one reset of 30 days free of charge. For an additional reset, you must post a $100.00 bond (per violation) for the reset to be granted.
