Peddler License applications can be turned in Monday, Wednesday-Friday from 8 AM-4 PM and Tuesdays 8 AM-2 PM. Emailed applications are preferred. Applications may be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applicants are required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of $300 plus $25 for each background search. Licenses must be worn by the licensed peddler. Peddler Licenses will be denied or revoked if the applicant has been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor within the past seven years, has false statements on their application, or violates any provisions listed in Chapter 18, Article III of the City of Windcrest Code of Ordinances. Residents who wish to be placed on the City of Windcrest's "No Visit List" can do so by completing the form below. The list will be distributed to all Peddler License applicants upon the receipt of their license. Peddlers, Solicitors, and Canvassers are prohibited from visiting any properties on the list. Failure to comply will result in the revocation of the Peddler License.
