American Legion is non-profit organization, that contributes to the community by volunteering, mentoring, and promoting youth programs within the city.
The Scout program is designed to develop youths who have a high degree of self-reliance, initiative, courage, helpfulness, integrity, sportsmanship, and resourcefulness.
The Garden Club has been around since the 1960's. "Yard of the Month Award" is an event they sponsor.
A collection of engaging, challenging, and fun activities like earning badges, going on awesome trips, selling cookies, exploring science, getting outdoors, and doing community service projects.
Greater Randolph Area Services Program
GRASP programs offer emergency assistance to those experiencing a household crisis and who live in areas of Bexar or Guadalupe Counties in communities where access to help is limited.

Northeast Senior Assistance
Northeast Senior Assistance (NESA) has been a part of San Antonio since 1984. The purpose of NESA is to help homebound individuals 60 years of age and older to live independently with dignity and a positive quality of life. They provide the following services:
- Escorted Transportation
- Grocery Shopping and Delivery
- Telephone Reassurance
- "Handy Helper" Services
- Socialization at Special Events
- Information and Referral Services

The Optimist Club is a volunteer organization that is committed to improving the community. The primary goal of the Optimist Club is to provide and support local programs that benefit the young.
The Women's Club was founded in 1960 and offers a many activities to the City. The Women's Club sponsors events such as Windcrest Christmas Light-up, Windcrest Beautification, and Christmas Angels.
